Ok here goes. The plan is to cycle from Hereford to Cardiff. Now, to some that may seem like a non-event. But to me, a 40 year old, unfit fatty (the longest I've biked is 15 miles in a day!) this is a MASSIVE task. 'Why are you comprehending such a stupid thing you idiot!' I hear you cry.. Well I haven't got a bloody clue, but it seemed like a good idea at the time...
Tommorow (weather permitting) I'm gonna try and get in a few extra miles and see if I can cope.. Failing that this is going to be a very short blog....
